Robert Simpson is a professional residential building inspector, licensed carpenter and construction technologist with over 30 years experience in building construction quality control, inspections and code enforcement in both the private and public housing sectors. He is a former Chief Inspections Officer with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). He holds the designation Building Code Qualified from the Ontario Association of Building Officials. Robert is a full-time home inspector conducting inspections in the Ottawa area and eastern Ontario region, stretching from Cornwall to Petawawa. He is a proud member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and has completed all of the mandatory educational and technical requirements. He is a member of the following associations:
